On TED I watched about 30 days challenge. After watching it I made my 30 days challenge. For 30 days I will solve math problem every day, I will write diary everyday, and exercise regularly. I am not good at doing things regularly so it would be hard but I will try my best. And I will NOT watch TV, play computer game, and play with my cell phone. 30 days challenge will change me a lot. I hop I can keep my 30 days challenge. I want to do this after I go home too. Good luck!
